COVID-19 CALL TO ACTION

RAISING MONEY FOR MASKS for Grady and Emory

The Metal Arts Guild of Georgia (MAGG) wants to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our members who dropped off N95 masks at the studio.  We were able to donate almost 75 masks to Grady and they were very appreciative.

However, the need for N95 masks is even greater than before.  Georgia has over 6000 cases of COVID-19 and that number is expected to climb much higher.  Healthcare workers desperately need protection as they work to save lives.

MAGG has found a source to purchase at least 1000 masks (500 for Grady and 500 for Emory) to try and help this dire need.

You can donate to this cause by clicking on the donate button above.  Please include the word MASKS in the Comments field when making a donation so we will know it is specifically for masks.  We realize that everyone is feeling the pinch right now, but even $5.00 will help protect the health and safety of a healthcare provider.

Please won't you try and help?

MAGG and the Coronavirus

With the social climate changing rapidly regarding the COVID-19 health crisis and keeping the health and safety of our community in mind, MAGG is currently cancelling all weekly classes and open studio through April 30, 2020. MAGG is working diligently to keep up-to-date with the current state of affairs and current recommendations and to be as proactive as possible regarding COVID-19 protocols and scheduling.  Please contact Leola Reis at 678-623-4599 or email info@metalartsguildga.org with any questions and stay tuned for updates.
