Instructor Lisa Winn | Start from the beginning and learn to saw, solder and form jewelry. I’ll cover correct sawing techniques, how to safely use an acetylene and air torch, and use the rolling mill to create texture. Projects will lead up to a cabochon stone set on a sterling ring band.

Learn the basics of jewelry making. In this project based class you will learn the basic skills of sawing, soldering and shaping metal. We will cover correct sawing techniques, how to safely use an acetylene and air torch, and use the rolling mill to create texture. Projects will include a lentil bead, a riveted pendant in copper and will lead up to a cabochon stone set on a sterling band.
