Class Description:

My business is built on producing jewelry. At our busiest, we were making about 12,000 pieces of jewelry a year. While not everyone is looking to do this kind of production, many of the skills I have honed will make your studio more efficient.

In this 1-day workshop, we will tackle building systems and organizing your work, how to set up your work to be more effective, and finesse your finishing for quicker results. We will also discuss must-have tools, utilizing stock materials for cohesion in your collection and cost-effective purchasing, when to make vs buy materials, using heat in different ways to give you less clean-up, and how to hire help, among other topics.

I encourage all students to bring in a design they wish to produce in multiples as well. The class will end with at least one hot seat, where a student will bring up their design and we will discuss how best to build their production plan.

Whether you produce 12 or 12000 pieces of jewelry, this one-day class is for you!!

This one day class meets IN-PERSON at the Metal Arts Guild of Georgia. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to class.
